Field trips and activities starting before 10:30 a.m. are canceled, including the Thomas Edison High School of Technology. AM PreK, Head Start, and special education programs are canceled, but PM PreK and related programs will run as scheduled.

All outdoor activities will be moved indoors, and students are urged to dress warmly and limit outdoor exposure.
